Questions people ask us
Do I keep my own phone number?
Yes. You get a new London 020 number for your assistant. Either give it out instead of your mobile (on your website, cards, van or Google profile), or keep your current number and set your phone to divert calls you miss to it. The dashboard shows you how for your network.
Will callers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. Your assistant always introduces itself as your virtual assistant and never pretends to be a person. It's friendly and quick, and most callers just want their message taken and a call back.
What happens with urgent calls?
You decide what counts as urgent, for example a leak, a same-day cancellation or a client with a deadline. Urgent callers can be put straight through to you or whoever you choose, in your hours or around the clock. Callers who ask for a person can be put through too.
Can it answer questions about my prices?
Only the prices you write in your profile or upload in a price list. It never makes up prices, dates or promises. Anything it does not know, it notes for you to answer when you call back.
How do I get the details of each call?
Straight after each call you get an email with who called, what it was about, how urgent it is and the best time to call back, plus the full conversation. Text alerts on Pro are coming soon. Every call is in your dashboard too.
What does it cost after the free months?
Starter is £24 a month for up to 30 calls, and Pro is £49 a month for up to 100 calls, both plus VAT. Extra calls are 50p each. The first 3 months are free, with no contract.
Can I choose the voice?
Yes. Pick a male or female voice with a British, Irish, Australian, American or Indian accent, choose your assistant's name, and play it with your own greeting before you go live.
What about sales calls and spam?
The assistant spots sales pitches, robocalls and nuisance calls, ends them politely and does not bother you with them.
Where is the data kept?
Calls are handled in AWS London and the AI runs in the EU. Call notes stay in your dashboard for 90 days. You own your customer data and we only process it to run the service. See our privacy notice and data processing terms.

Yes. Teachers, coaches and anyone who would rather not give out their mobile use QuadCalls as a private 020 number that takes messages and only puts urgent calls through.
