Pricing questions
Do I keep my own phone number?
Yes. You get a new London 020 number for your assistant. Either give it out instead of your mobile (on your website, cards, van or Google profile), or keep your current number and set your phone to divert calls you miss to it. The dashboard shows you how for your network.
What does it cost after the free months?
Starter is £24 a month for up to 30 calls, and Pro is £49 a month for up to 100 calls, both plus VAT. Extra calls are 50p each. The first 3 months are free, with no contract.
Where is the data kept?
Calls are handled in AWS London and the AI runs in the EU. Call notes stay in your dashboard for 90 days. You own your customer data and we only process it to run the service. See our privacy notice and data processing terms.
