How QuadCalls works
A receptionist that knows your business, answers in seconds and never takes a day off.
How it works
Live in three steps. No tech skills needed.
- 1
Tell it about your business
Sign in with Google, then add what you do, your hours, prices and the questions callers always ask. Choose whether it takes jobs, bookings or messages.
- 2
Pick a voice and test it
Choose a name, voice and accent, play your greeting, and chat with your assistant to check its answers before any customer hears it.
- 3
Get your 020 number
Give it out instead of your mobile, or divert the calls you miss to it. From then on every call is answered and you get the details straight away.
On every call
What happens when a customer rings
- 1
A customer rings your 020 number
Either they ring it directly, or they ring your mobile and your phone diverts the call when you do not answer.
- 2
Your assistant answers in your name
It greets them, takes their name and number, and finds out what they need: a job, a booking, or just a message, and how urgent it is.
- 3
It answers their questions
Opening hours, prices, what you do and do not do, and your FAQs. Only from what you have told it.
- 4
Urgent? It puts them through
If the job is urgent by your rules, it rings you, or whoever you choose, and connects the caller.
- 5
You get the details straight away
An email with everything you need to call back, and the call is saved in your dashboard.
Diverting your mobile's missed calls
Most UK networks let you forward calls you do not answer to another number. On many phones you dial **61* then your QuadCalls number then # and press call. The dashboard shows the exact steps for your network once you have your number. Your network may charge for diverted calls, so check your tariff.
Pick your voice
Sounds like your business, not a call centre.
