Questions from tutors and teachers
Can I keep my personal mobile private?
Yes. Callers only ever see your QuadCalls 020 number. It never gives out your own number.
Can it stop repeat callers bothering me?
It answers every call politely, takes the message once, and reassures repeat callers that their message has been passed on. You read them when it suits you.
Do I keep my own phone number?
Yes. You get a new London 020 number for your assistant. Either give it out instead of your mobile (on your website, cards, van or Google profile), or keep your current number and set your phone to divert calls you miss to it. The dashboard shows you how for your network.
Will callers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. Your assistant always introduces itself as your virtual assistant and never pretends to be a person. It's friendly and quick, and most callers just want their message taken and a call back.
What happens with urgent calls?
You decide what counts as urgent, for example a leak, a same-day cancellation or a client with a deadline. Urgent callers can be put straight through to you or whoever you choose, in your hours or around the clock. Callers who ask for a person can be put through too.
Can it answer questions about my prices?
Only the prices you write in your profile or upload in a price list. It never makes up prices, dates or promises. Anything it does not know, it notes for you to answer when you call back.
